It wasn't as I planned...
How the day of my birthday I have spent...
All the gloomy thoughts suddenly gone early...
With smiles and kisses from my loved ones so dearly...
.
We went to Cianjur, a nice small village...
Where relatives of my wive's held a baby-shower to celebrate...
And as everyone knew I would come...
They prepared my favourite menu, the head of a lamb...
.
I was so happy and ate a lot...
But the celebration didn't stop at that spot...
We then went to their farm nearby...
Completed with a pond, where a hut was standing by...
.
We had fun harvesting some fruit and vegetable...
And also fishing, which I was the only one not able...
After doing all the work, we ate again, yes we did...
The fish, one of them was as big as half a man's leg, were grilled...
.
The fruit was orange which as big as a soccer ball...
And the drink was the water of coconut directly from the tree's fall...
It was a day of stomach fulfillment activities, my birthday...
It wasn't as I planned, but surely happiness was what I felt all the way...
